Registration does not guarantee selection. Winners will be chosen based on the highest-performing eligible Instagram Reels submitted in accordance with the campaign guidelines.

Giveaway Terms & Conditions

  1. The giveaway is open to UAE residents aged 18 years and above.
  2. Only one registration per participant is permitted. Duplicate or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.
  3. Participants must provide their full name, phone number, and email address to complete registration. All other fields are optional.
  4. Registration alone does not qualify as a winning entry. Participants must create and publish an original Instagram Reel featuring the Casa Vista Development Aquora project mock-up and follow the campaign instructions.
  5. Winners will be selected based on the highest-performing original Reels, considering overall organic engagement, including views, likes, comments, shares, saves, and content quality. Artificial engagement, paid promotion, bots, fake accounts, or any fraudulent activity will result in immediate disqualification.
  6. The top 4–5 eligible participants with the highest-performing Reels will each receive one iPhone, subject to successful verification and compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
  7. Casa Vista Development reserves the right to verify participant details, Instagram account authenticity, and compliance with the giveaway requirements before confirming any winner.
  8. Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for administering this giveaway and communicating with participants.
  9. Casa Vista Development reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions or is deemed to violate the spirit of the campaign.
  10. The giveaway closes on 31 August 2026. Entries or Reels submitted after this date will not be considered.
